Abbey Vets are proud to announce a World
First in veterinary pet healthcare. Using
the latest technological advances and in
association with VetsGlobal.com, we can
offer you the ability to view your pets’
vaccination histories and monitor their
progress whilst in the hospital. If they need an
appointment, simply selecting the date shows
all of our surgery times, how busy each one
is and which vets are on duty. A simple
‘click’ then sends your request for an
appointment.
Never Forget an Appointment
Logging into VetsGlobal.com shows you a list
of your confirmed veterinary appointments.
You can even ask for a text message the day
before your appointment is due. The site is
very ‘Smartphone friendly’, so you can check
on Max or Felix’s progress whilst you are
sitting on a beach, or make that appointment
you had forgotten whilst riding to work on a
Number 49 bus.
Simple and Secure
Your
pet’s details are held on a central server
and are accessed by using a combination of
your postcode and a special password, which
we give you when you register. Incoming
appointment requests at the Practice are
dealt with automatically, under the
supervision of our reception staff.
For
your convenience we operate an appointment
system seven days a week. Urgent cases will
always be seen without an appointment.
